Sinem Birsin is one of the founding partners of the firm.  She previously worked as partner in a boutique law firm for more than 10 years, with primary focus on Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Law, Technology and IT Law and Entertainment Law.

Sinem represents various Turkish and foreign clients from varied sectors such as software, technology, investment, media and entertainment, music, publishing, exhibition, food and beverage and tourism. She acts as the legal counsel of many projects in the fields of IP and Software and advises domestic and foreign software companies in developing their intellectual property strategies and all kinds of software, cloud computing, outsourcing, distributor, and reseller agreements. She is adept at dealing with complex IP due diligence and acquisition processes, as well as advising the clients in their needs related to Corporate Law, IP and IT Law and through their disputes. She has unique experience in the establishment stages of e-commerce and web projects and provides legal support to producers and rights holders in multinational co-production projects and domestic projects in the entertainment business.

Being an expert in the most active areas of law, besides advising sizeable and landmark institutions, she also actively supports the start-ups in their establishment and fund raise phases.
