Sinan Tahan, one of the founding partners of the firm, admitted to İstanbul Bar in 1989 and has been working as a freelance lawyer since 1992. He worked for 22 years in one of Turkey's leading and well- established conglomerates as chief legal counsel and specialized in major infrastructure and construction projects, cross-border transactions, M&A, energy deals and tax law.

Sinan has worked as a legal consultant in shipbuilding companies for 11 years. During this period, he focused on shipbuilding, subcontractor agreements and collective bargaining. He provided legal consultancy services in several leading industrial and contracting companies in Turkey.

Sinan has also served as a board member in different conglomerates and well-established companies. He provided legal consultancy to Turkey’s leading foundations and has taken part as member of the board in many foundations.

With his unique and vast experience, Sinan continues his practice on infrastructure, construction, energy, M&A and dispute resolution.
