Ertuğrul Akıncı specializes in intellectual property, technology, and commercial dispute resolution. He has significant experience in IP litigation, commercial arbitration, and complex cross-border disputes and transactions. His practice also covers copyright licensing, software development and service agreements, outsourcing agreements, franchise, and distribution contracts, as well as trademark prosecution and portfolio management.
Ertuğrul advises on construction-related disputes, particularly those involving commercial and infrastructure projects, drawing on his broader experience in high-value contractual litigation and arbitration.
He has represented clients across a wide range of industries, including information technology, media and entertainment, e-commerce, manufacturing, construction, wholesale, and retail, offering both strategic guidance and practical, sector-specific solutions.
Ertuğrul is currently pursuing his PhD in private law at İstanbul Bilgi University.
