Associate

Mısra Yalçın is a lawyer admitted to the Istanbul Bar and an Associate at Tahan | Cem, where she advises major Turkish and international companies on construction projects and represents them in commercial litigation and international arbitration.

She holds an LL.M. in International Commercial Arbitration Law (ICAL) from Stockholm University and also is a Research Assistant at Kluwer Arbitration. Her previous experience includes maritime disputes, tribunal secretary work, and visiting roles at arbitration institutions such as the Istanbul Arbitration Centre and the SCC Arbitration Institute.

Mısra has been a member of the Moot Alumni Association (MAA) Core Team since 2021 and currently serves as Co-Chair of its Conferences & Events Team.
