Berke Yılmaz graduated from Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Law, completed his legal internship, and has been practicing as an attorney registered with the Istanbul Bar Association since 2019. Throughout his career, he has gained experience particularly in Intellectual and Industrial Property Law, Technology Law, and Contracts Law.

Prior to joining our team, Berke worked at leading law firms in Türkiye, where he provided litigation and legal consultancy services to local and international companies operating in the automotive, e-commerce, and retail sectors. During this period, he handled various matters, primarily including trademarks, copyrights, intellectual property disputes, technology law, and contract negotiations.

Berke holds an LL.M. degree in Law and Technology from Tilburg University and currently provides services within our team in the areas of Intellectual and Industrial Property Law, Technology Law, and Contracts Law.
